SCC arrest on Wed Jan 28, about maybe 8:00 i was arrested by D deckly in the SCC room across from the cafiterai. i was on the computer loggen in so it should be easy to veriyf the exact time. i was editing my paypal stuff so we should be able to get the times from that to verify the exact time. as soon as i became aware that pigs were arresting me i logged out of paypal, tripod, and the SCC computer so the pigs could get on the computer to get information on me. he demanded that i tell him my name. i refused and told him i was not going to give him my name. i gave him the usuall im taking the 5th and not going to give you my name. he then told me i ether had to either give him my name or leave campus. i told him i was taking the 5th and refusing to give him my name. i also told him i was not going to leave the campus. he told me that i was going to leave the campus either way. in that i could walk off or he would arrest me if i didnt give him my name and i would go to jail on the indian reservation. i told him several times i was a student here. and that i was not going to give him my name. we went thru this sevaral time. the pig d deckley said give me your name or your going to jail. then you have to give me you name its the LAW. he gave me some bullshit about title 15 which he says requires me to give him my name. he also said i had to go to the deans office. he said we could have a nice talk and i could answer all his questions (after i took the 5th) and if i didnt he would arrest me and put me in jail for tresspassing). he said it as we can do it either two ways. i can ask you some questions and you can answer them, or i can go into cop mode and that wont be nice. you will be arrested and leave campus in jail. agail i told the pigs i didnt want to talk. then finaly i said i was leaving the campus. we went out side and talked more. he lied and told me they had complaints about me asking people for money asking people to let me log on to the computers i told pig d deckley he was a liar. he told me i was guilty of SLANDER. he was a real asshole. i also asked d deckley for his badge number. he refused. he told me he didnt have a badge number. the pig that was with him was harris. he said his badge number is ONE which i suspect is a lie. i asked him who told him and he refused to answer. he said something like it was SECRET and unless i was arrested they wouldnt tell me. we then went the deans office and talked to a lady liz ketterman she is the student cordinator. the pigs bad mouth me and said i was a bad person for being uncooperative. i told her i was taking the fifth and didnt have to give them my iformation. the pig said several times I WOULD BE ARRESTED IF I DIDNT LEAVE. he also said that ONLY STUDENTS WERE ALLOWED ON THE CAMPUS which is a LIE. i them told her i would only give her my name so she could look it up to PROVE im a student if she didnt give it to the pigs. she said ok. also i beleive its a violation of the law to give the informaiton out to the pigs. she said she would not give out the informatio out. verify this. i told the pigs several times they should be aware of title 42 section 1983. the stupid pigs were not paying attention. i mentioned several times to the pigs i dont like jack booted thugs with guns who violate my civil rightths. they said several times they dont have guns. right now its about 9:00am and i still have to go to class at 10:30. their is no way in hell the pigs should be able to get my name. sue SCC if they do and demand all their records. the other pig harris told me they were dispatched to get me. get the records to see how they found me. i lost my pen which i paid $2 for as a result of the arrest. also file a claim against the SCC for damages. also i am PRETTY PISSED OFF and probably wont function well the rest of the day get damages. paypal.html stats - i was editing it when i got arrested remember the time zone is EASTERN STANDARD TIME and that looks fucked up. 2:54 pm would be 12:54 arizona time and thats wrong. it had to be 8:54 or 7:54 paypal.html View Jan 28 02:54pm Stats o yeah. and when i left i told piggy harris that i would see him in court. he was an asshole and something like "ill wait for it"
